WES Transcript Translation Services

WES requires certified translations of academic transcripts and diplomas to English (or French for Canada) when submitting documents for a credential evaluation. Certified translations are typically required for non-English documents being submitted for official use in the United States. Our team of translators has experience translating high school and univeristy documents according to the strict guidelines set by WES.

World Education Services will not accept translations that are handwritten, incomplete, or original, nor will they accept translations of photocopies or translations completed by the applicant themselves.

All translations submitted to WES must be exact, word-for-word translations, which means that translators must not alter the meaning of any part of the document. All information must be clear and legible so that their evaluators don’t have to guess regarding course titles, grades, and any other relevant information. Translations must be completed by a professional translator whether they are from a university, certified translation agency, or another professional translation service.

Your WES transcript translation will be delivered with a Certificate of Accuracy from LinguaOne signed by the translator to confirm that it is complete and accurate. Our translators are members of the American Translators Association and are either native speakers or near-native speakers to guarantee precise translations.
