What’s on your mind?
Forty-eight hours is the standard window, and more is better for less common languages or multi-day assignments. Booking as soon as the date is set gives us the widest choice of interpreters for your setting.
We send interpreters throughout Minnesota, including Mankato, Minneapolis, St. Paul, Rochester, Owatonna, Faribault, New Ulm, and St. Peter. Travel beyond that region can be arranged for longer assignments.
Interpreters are credentialed and matched to the setting, so a deposition gets someone experienced in legal proceedings rather than general terminology. You can read more about how we vet our linguists on our About Us page.
Hourly with a minimum booking, and full-day rates for site visits and multi-session assignments. Travel is included within our standard service area. You'll have a fixed quote before the date.
Start on our service selection page, give us the language, date, and location, and we'll confirm an interpreter and a price. For urgent requests, call 507-949-2353 and we'll check availability while you're on the line.
Yes, and it's worth doing. Continuity helps in ongoing medical treatment, multi-session legal matters, and school meetings with the same family. Tell us when you book and we'll hold the same interpreter where their schedule allows.
Yes. Forms, contracts, records, and reports can be translated ahead of the meeting so everyone is working from the same material. You can submit files and get a quote through our order page.
Every interpreter signs a confidentiality agreement before an assignment, and we can sign your organization's own agreement if required. For more on how we handle assignments and materials, see our FAQ page.
